ChatDDU and the Plexus Leadership Academy are utterly and completely dedicated to controlled, non-violent, intelligently and collaboratively planned, principles-based, win/win-oriented management and relief of social tensions. For the most satisfying cognition-expanding experience, the Academy recommends adopting the following practices during study and mission participation:

• Suspend self-identification; instead of “I am this” and “I am that”, adopt a posture of “I am here to seek out and reconcile inconsistencies in myself, my relationships, and the collectives I belong to.”

• Develop the skill of suspending beliefs; instead of expending limited, valuable cognitive energy to be “right”, especially without supporting evidence, assume a posture of self-doubt. It is better to be intelligently “wrong” by reconciling the inconsistency than to be unintelligently “right” and suffer the consequences of diminished intelligence realization.

• Always be aware that each of us has a deep, complex, life story, no more or less real than anyone else’s. Develop and continually refine the skill of seeing the world from another’s perspective.
